Returns
We accept returns on items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in salable condition. To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@rosostore.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? No worries! Exchanges are available within 7 days, as long as the item remains in good condition. Please send us photos from all angles, along with the attached clothing tag. Reach out to us at info@rosostore.com with your request, and we’ll ensure your new item is shipped to you promptly.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund, eligible returns will be processed to your original form of payment within 14 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is a result of a defective or incorrect item.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
